The short version
We collect what we need to run the program and nothing more. We don't sell your information. We don't share it with other advertisers. If you ever want to know what we have or want it deleted, email us and we'll take care of it.

Who we are
Beyond Healing and The Greenhouse are operated by Mikah Jones LLC, a California limited liability company.

What we collect
When you join or book a call Your name, email address, phone number, and the answers you give on our application or intake forms.
When you pay Payment is processed by Stripe. We see your name, email, billing country, and the last four digits of your card. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe handles that.
When you're inside The Greenhouse Anything you share on a live call, in the community, or in a coaching session.
When you visit our site Standard technical information: your IP address, browser, device type, which pages you looked at, and how you found us.
When you're on our email list Whether you opened an email and what you clicked.
About the live calls
Our group calls are recorded. Recordings are stored in the member dashboard and every current member can watch them.
We want you to be clear-eyed about what that means: if you speak on a call, other members can watch that back. That's part of how the container works — people learn from each other's sessions.
If you'd rather not be recorded, you're always welcome to keep your camera off, stay muted, or let us know beforehand and we'll work something out.
Recordings stay available to members for as long as the program runs.
How we use what we collect

Testimonials
Sometimes we share member stories, quotes, or video testimonials in our marketing.
We always ask first. We'll never use your name, image, story, or words publicly without your explicit permission. If you've given permission and change your mind later, email us and we'll take it down.
Who we share information with
We share information with the services that make the program run:
Each of these has its own privacy policy governing what they do with data on their end.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or if the business is ever sold or transferred.
We do not sell your personal information. We never have and we don't plan to.
Advertising and tracking
We run a Meta Pixel on our website. It tells us how people find us and lets us show our ads to people who've visited before.
This is our own advertising only. We don't share your information with other advertisers, and we don't sell audience data to anyone.
If you'd rather not be tracked this way, you can adjust your ad preferences inside Facebook and Instagram settings, or use your browser's tracking protection.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies to keep things working properly and to support the advertising described above. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
How long we keep things
We hold onto your information for as long as you're a member, and for a period afterward to handle billing records, taxes, and anything legally required.
Want it gone sooner? Email us and we'll delete what we're able to.
Your choices
Email Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. One click and you're off.
Texts Reply STOP to any message.
Your information Email us anytime to ask what we have on file, correct something that's wrong, or ask us to delete it.
California residents You have specific rights under California law to know what we've collected, request deletion, and not be discriminated against for asking. Just email us and we'll handle it.
Age
The Greenhouse and everything we offer is for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we find out we have, we'll delete it.
Security
We use reputable services and take reasonable steps to protect what you share with us. That said, nothing online is perfectly secure, and we can't promise otherwise.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. Anything significant, we'll email you about it.
