Everything inside The Greenhouse opens the moment you walk through the door:

Because of that, all payments are final. This is true for all of our products: The Seeds of Security, The Greenhouse, and 1-on-1 coaching here at Beyond Healing.

We believe in being as transparent as possible, which is why we're forthcoming about our policies and our terms.

You are not locked into month-to-month agreements. You can cancel your subscription at any time.

If you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged again. You keep everything through the end of the month you've already paid for.

As an example, if you cancel on the 10th, you'll still have until the 30th to access:

All of our Greenhouse members are grandfathered into the price they paid to enter The Greenhouse.

This is why we suggest pausing rather than cancelling. If you cancel and decide to come back later, you'll be subject to whatever the price is at that time.

We're not selling you a thing you can send back. The work is the practice, and the practice starts the day you join.

Everything is handed to you at once. There's no way to un-receive it.

The Greenhouse only works because people feel safe being honest in it. So a few things we ask:

Keep what's shared inside, inside. People talk about real relationships and real pain in that room. What happens on a call stays on the call.

The material is yours to use, not to pass along. Course content, frameworks, and recordings are for you. Please don't share your login or redistribute it.

Show up how you'd want others to show up for you. Anyone being cruel or disruptive can be removed without a refund. That's rare, and we'd rather never have to use it.

Your Greenhouse subscription renews automatically 30 days from the initial payment you made. You're not locked into an agreement. You're not locked into a contract. You can cancel any time, either from your dashboard or by emailing us.

Our coaching is not therapy. Here at The Greenhouse and at Beyond Healing, we are a somatic-based coaching program. This work supports what you're doing in therapy. If you don't go to therapy, it does not replace it. If you are in a crisis, please reach out to a licensed professional.

We cannot promise a specific outcome. Our guarantee is that myself and our team leads will show up every single week and support you along your journey to building security.
